Customer Success
From onboarding through to scale, our Customer Success team works alongside insurance builders, restoration companies and trade businesses across Australia and New Zealand to stay in control of complex jobs, from insurance repairs through to residential and commercial projects.
Loop Logics
Customer Success at Loop Logics is built as a true partnership, designed for the realities of insurance builders and restoration companies across ANZ.
We work closely with your team to manage the complexity of property damage and restoration jobs, where multiple stakeholders, tight SLAs, changing scopes, and margin pressure are part of the day to day. Our focus is on helping you streamline workflows, improve visibility, and maintain control across every stage of the job lifecycle, from first notice of loss through to practical completion.
That means practical, hands-on support grounded in real insurance and construction workflows, continuous optimisation as your business evolves, and a long-term focus on improving operational performance, not just system usage.
