Finance and Operations
We are responsible for coordinating all traffic, parking and transportation around the UNC-Chapel Hill campus. We strive to provide a high level of service to students, employees and visitors at the University and Hospitals.
Transportation and Parking’s MyPark Portal allows for members of the University community to view parking permits, pay or appeal citations, and update account information.

The Commuter Alternative Program rewards faculty, staff and students who choose to take the bus, join a rideshare, ride a bike or walk to campus. Sustainable transportation options improve air quality, build community and reduce traffic congestion to make everyone’s commute better.
The Five-Year Plan engages with the University community through outreach, evaluates existing operations and technology and identifies efficiencies and opportunities, develops strategies to address University and UNC Health growth, and ensures that necessary revenue is in place to support transportation system costs.
