Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan gives you all 50 templates, the builder, copy-to-clipboard, and the test-email feature — forever, no credit card. Pro ($19/mo or $149/yr) adds per-recipient click tracking, Slack alerts, UTM auto-tagging, promo banner scheduling, and a 7-day trial.
How does click tracking work?
Each Pro signature link is wrapped through a tiny redirect on newmail.click. When a recipient clicks, we record the timestamp, IP-derived country, and the original URL — then forward them on. No JavaScript runs in the recipient inbox; it works in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, mobile clients, everywhere.
What about email opens? Are they accurate?
Honestly: opens are directional, not precise. Apple Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) pre-fetches every tracking pixel, which inflates open counts for ~50% of recipients. We label opens as "directional" in the dashboard and never sell them as a hard metric. Clicks remain precise.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. KAVELA LTD (UK Companies House 17051996) is the data controller. We store only what is needed to render your signature and track clicks for your Pro account. Recipients can opt out via the unsubscribe link in any tracked message. Full details in our Privacy policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage billing → Cancel subscription from your dashboard. You keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period. The 7-day trial requires a card but charges nothing if you cancel before day 7.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes — the HTML signatures are table-based and tested in Gmail (web + mobile), Outlook (desktop + web + mobile), Apple Mail, Spark, Superhuman, and HEY. Paste the HTML once and you are done.
What is included in the 7-day trial?
Full Pro: click tracking, Slack alerts, UTM auto-tagging, banner scheduler. Card required, but $0 is charged on day 1. We email you on day 5 before the first charge.
Can I use my own tracking domain?
Yes — Pro users can point a CNAME (e.g. t.yourbrand.com → track.newmail.click) so links in your signature show your domain. Setup is a single DNS record + paste into Settings → Tracking domain.
