RelyWP plugins are sold and licensed through Freemius. Your account gives you access to every licence, download, invoice and subscription in one place.
Log in to your account
Use the email address you purchased with. If you have never set a password, choose Forgot password on the login page and we will email you a link.
The account portal opens on users.freemius.com, our secure licensing partner.
What you can do in your account
- Licence keys – view keys, see which sites they are active on, and deactivate a site to free up a slot.
- Downloads – grab the latest version of any plugin you own, including PRO builds.
- Subscriptions & renewals – update your payment method, change plans, or cancel auto-renewal.
- Invoices – download invoices and receipts for every payment.
- Profile – change your email address, password and billing details.

Can’t find your licence?
Check the email address you used at checkout – your licence key and account link were sent there. Still stuck? Send us a message and we will sort it out.
Activating a plugin
Moving to a new site?
Deactivate the licence on the old site from your account (or from the plugin’s Account page in WP admin), then enter the same key on the new site. Staging and local sites do not count towards your site limit.
