The second best thing about teaching at UC Berkeley (the first is students, obviously) as an experimentalist is a huge treasure chest of vintage demos available to instructors. These are two of my favorites so far for our Quantum course! ⚛️🚀😎😎
Our lab at Berkeley is growing: new fully funded postdoc positions in the Bay Area.
We build hybrid quantum machines—neutral atom arrays interfaced with nanophotonics. Young lab, a ton of new ideas.
Atoms and/or quantum optics? Reach out.
Hiring a fully funded postdoc at UC Berkeley: on-chip photonic interfaces for neutral atom arrays. Looking for nanophotonic fab experience - SiN ideal, but any e-beam/nanophotonic fab background welcome. Joint with @mengjieyu03's group in EECS.
