"Do not overthink" is the hardest skill to master. I am really struggling with it - decades in. The main solution I found is to never start an abstract project - library/framework/engine. Build something concrete - a demo, toy application, simple UI. Only implement the features

Why am I not surprised. Over-engineered abstractions meet over-engineered AI harness. Simple is efficient.
