I've been reflecting on why @threejsconf felt so special...
Leaving aside my obvious bias, I think it comes down to this: it happened organically.
It grew out of the community, rather than being imposed onto it. 🧵
ChatGPT Images 2.5 -> Tripo3D helped me create the .glb model, which I then converted into Three.js HTML using my own custom-built tool. All of the rigging and animation was done purely by Astra High.
I believe it used only around 6% of my 5x Pro weekly quota for all the rigging
