1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Bookify platform ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
- User: any person who accesses the Platform
- Client: a customer who books appointments through the Platform
- Professional/Company: a service provider registered on the Platform who manages bookings, services, and team members
- Worker/Team Member: a staff member invited by a Company owner to manage appointments
- Appointment: a reservation for a service at a specific date and time
- Service: any service offered by a Professional through the Platform
- Booking Page: the public page where Clients can book appointments with a Company
3. Account Registration
3.1. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent. You guarantee that the information provided is accurate and complete.
3.2. Account Creation
You can create an account using:
- Email and password registration
- Google OAuth sign-in
Email verification is required before accessing the Platform. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for additional security.
3.3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and for all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.
4. Service Description
Bookify is a scheduling and appointment management platform designed for beauty salons, barbers, makeup artists, nail technicians, eyelash artists, massage therapists, yoga studios, and similar service-based businesses. The Platform offers:
- Online booking page for clients
- Calendar and appointment management
- Customer management with appointment history
- Email and SMS notifications (confirmations, reminders, cancellations)
- Team member management and role-based access
- Business analytics dashboard
- Google Calendar integration
- Embeddable booking widget for external websites
- Data export (customers and appointments)
5. Platform Usage
5.1. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Platform only for:
- Legitimate service bookings
- Managing your business, appointments, and team members
- Communicating with clients through Platform notifications
- Legal purposes in compliance with these terms
5.2. Prohibited Use
You MAY NOT:
- Use the Platform for illegal activities
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Make false or fraudulent bookings
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use robots, scrapers, or other automated methods without our consent
- Use SMS notifications for spam or unsolicited marketing
6. Appointments and Bookings
6.1. Making Appointments
- Clients can book appointments through the Company's public booking page
- Appointments are confirmed based on the Company's availability and working hours
- Confirmation notifications are sent via email and/or SMS (depending on the Company's plan and settings)
- Dates and times are displayed in the client's local timezone
6.2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Companies can cancel or reschedule appointments from the dashboard
- Client rescheduling is available if enabled by the Company
- Cancellation and rescheduling notifications are sent automatically
- Appointment modifications are subject to availability
6.3. Reminders
Appointment reminders can be sent via email and/or SMS. Companies can configure reminder timing (day before or 2 hours before) and choose which notification channels to use.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
7.1. Subscription Plans
Bookify offers the following subscription plans:

7.2. Free Plan
Bookify offers a free forever plan with basic features:
- No credit card required
- Email notifications only (no SMS capabilities)
- No time limit — use it forever
7.3. Payments
- Prices are displayed in USD
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly billing cycle
- You can manage your subscription and billing through the Creem billing portal
7.4. Payment Failures
If a subscription payment fails:
- You will receive an email notification after the first failed attempt
- Up to 3 payment retries will be attempted
- After 3 failed attempts, your ability to receive new appointments will be temporarily blocked until payment is resolved
- Once payment succeeds, full access is restored immediately
7.5. Cancellation and Refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
- We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods
- Plan changes (upgrades/downgrades) apply from the next billing period
- After your subscription expires, your account reverts to the Free plan
8. SMS Credits
SMS notifications are available on Growth and Pro plans:
- Growth and Pro plans include monthly SMS credits (see plan table above)
- Additional SMS credits can be purchased in bundles up to $0.139 per SMS
- Volume discounts are available on larger bundles
- SMS credits do not expire and roll over to the next billing period
- 1 credit = 1 SMS message (longer messages may use multiple credits based on character count)
- SMS credits are non-refundable
- Free plan does not include SMS capabilities (email notifications only)
9. Team Members
Paid subscription plans include the ability to invite team members to your company account:
- Free Plan: 1 staff member (owner only)
- Growth Plan: up to 3 staff members (owner + 2 team members)
- Pro Plan: unlimited staff members
- Team members are invited via email and must accept the invitation to join
- Team members have their own login credentials and access levels
- The account owner is responsible for managing team member access and for all actions performed by team members
- When downgrading to a plan with fewer seats, you must remove excess team members before the change takes effect
- All team members must comply with these Terms and Conditions
10. Data and Privacy
10.1. Data Collection
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that we collect and process:
- Account information (name, email, phone, password)
- Business information (company name, address, working hours, services)
- Customer data (name, email, phone, appointment history)
- Payment and subscription information (processed by Creem.io)
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, usage analytics)

10.2. Your GDPR Rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to:
- Export your data: Download all your personal data in JSON format from your account settings
- Delete your account: Permanently delete your account and all associated data (appointments, services, customers, subscriptions, notification logs)
- Manage cookies: Control cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner
11. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform integrates with third-party services:
- Creem.io: Payment processing for subscriptions and SMS credit purchases
- Google: OAuth sign-in and Google Calendar synchronization (optional)
- SMSAPI: SMS message delivery
- Google Analytics: Website analytics (with cookie consent)
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or availability.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the Platform, including source code, design, logo, content and features, belong to Pantazi Software SRL or its licensors.
12.1. Usage License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use of the Platform according to these terms.
13. User Content
By uploading content (business information, service descriptions, company details), you guarantee that:
- You own all rights to the content
- Content does not violate third-party rights
- Content complies with applicable laws
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Platform is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation
- We are not responsible for SMS delivery failures caused by carriers or third-party providers
- We are not liable for missed appointments due to notification delivery issues
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us and our affiliates against any claims resulting from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of third-party rights
- Misuse of the Platform or SMS capabilities
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Important changes will be notified via email or on the Platform at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
17. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You use the Platform fraudulently
- You fail to pay owed fees after repeated payment failures
- You request account closure
Upon account closure, all associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Romania.
19. General Provisions
19.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bookify regarding use of the Platform.
19.2. Severability
If a provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain valid.
19.3. Assignment
You may not transfer rights or obligations from these Terms without our written consent.
