Introduction
Participants will receive a detailed case study at the start of the event. The goal is to analyze the problem, identify key challenges, and develop a realistic, interdisciplinary solution.
Tools and Technologies
Participants are free to use any tools, frameworks, or technologies of their choice. This may include:
- Programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Data analysis tools (Excel, MATLAB, etc.)
- Design tools (Figma, Canva, CAD software)
- AI tools and APIs
There are no restrictions on tools, as long as the work remains original to the team.
Throughout the event, workshops will be provided for the finance, engineering, and software components of the challenge. These sessions are designed to help participants understand expectations, meet minimum requirements, and get guidance on how to approach each aspect of their solution.
Inspiration
Strong projects will:
- Clearly define the problem and proposed solution
- Integrate finance, software, and engineering perspectives
- Consider real-world constraints such as budget, feasibility, and implementation timeline
- Demonstrate creativity while remaining practical and realistic
Teams are encouraged to think beyond theoretical ideas and focus on solutions that could realistically be implemented.
