Control Panel without CSS after upgrading to EE 3.5.17

I’ve just upgraded to EE 3.5.17 but now the control panel has no CSS, the developer console shows
Did not parse stylesheet at ‘https://www.website.com/themes/ee/cp/css/common.min.css?v=1599559236’ because non CSS MIME types are not allowed in strict mode. jquery.js:1
How can I fix it?

I resolved the problem by making sure the themes folder was in the right place and with correct permissions

Glad you got it working, and thanks for sharing the fix. It’s almost always either a path/url issue or something got goobered in ftp.
