Changing Base URL in v2.10.1

Hi there,
I have migrated a website recently to a new server and getting this error while editing anything. I believe I need to change the base URL somehow because previously it was /home/ccg/ and now it is /home3/ccg/
How can I change it?

There are 6 places you need to look in EE2 to update paths or URLs:
- Content > Files > File Upload Preferences > Each individual directory settings - this is I believe where this specific error will be resolved
- Design > Templates > Global Preferences
- Members > Preferences
- Admin > General Configuration
- Admin > System Administration > Emoticon Preferences
- Admin > System Administration > CAPTCHA Preferences
