I can confirm that Node.js now fully passes the test suite as defined here, so will land and upstream tomorrow. |

This inlines the WPT js-api tests forming the portable ESM integration test suite that can work across platforms, and allowing us to maintain a proper local test suite finally instead of relying on external WPT tests.
I'm currently working on getting Node.js fully passing these tests to verify before landing and upstreaming further.
