We'd like to give an update about EOF, more specifically the "Mega EOF" specification.

I'd like to discuss options around providing trust-minimized access to the consensus layer from inside the EVM.

If there's time I'd like to go over on the call as this pertains to how exactly we go about shipping something like EIP-4788 (in the mix for Cancun).
