The testing team believes it's a good moment to give a short presentation introducing the relatively new ethereum/execution-spec-tests repo, explain the motivation behind it and how to use it for test case development.

The aim is to encourage client teams to take advantage of these tests whilst implementing new features and to collaborate with us by submitting (test) ideas, finding coverage holes and implementing new tests.

I'd like to discuss:

1. moving the 4844 precompile address so things are "tightly packed" Update EIP-4844: Update precompile address for 4844 EIPs#7172
2. if we can get agreement this will be the last update on 4788, which bounds the storage consumed by the construction Update EIP-4788: Bound precompile storage EIPs#7178
