I have added new section to
CONTRIBUTING.mdwhich intends to help newcomers to our project familiarize with it. It includes one YouTube talk about AST and its implication on ESLINT, guide on using AST explorer tool, and couple of blog posts on creating new custom rules in ESLINT.I believe aforementioned resources will greatly aid in understanding the general structure of ESLINT and arm new developers with fundamental knowledge that will help them easily navigate and contribute to the project.
