French translation

I would like to start working on a French translation of the second edition of the book.
It seems that for now, we need to do a fork of this repository and go from there.

I have also one question, it would be better to wait that the English version will be terminated, no ?
Otherwise, how to track all changes in the English repo and update them in the French fork ?

I do think that we can start the translation process for the chapters placed in the "frozen" column, as they probably won't receive significant changes.
