GNU may add blake3 at least. It's uutils decision if the extension is worth the divergence

Oh... a large barrier for hashsum removal... Is this something easy to fix?

Removing this is a distraction for now

It seems 0.5.0~main's hashsum --shake* is not XOF (silently ignores -l, --length=N).
How should we imprement it?

I want to remove it because I don't want to care about non-GNU (undefined) things e.g. -l,--length.
