Hi, I'm Caz, an original artist and illustrator based in Greater Manchester. 
I love to capture the colour and character of ordinary everyday life via urban landscapes, portraits and still life. I work in a number of mediums; primarily acrylic for painted works and fine point & felt tip pens for drawings.
My paintings have been exhibited several times across the north of England, have appeared on national TV, and are due to be featured in an upcoming book ("The City Through The Eyes of its Artists: The Manchester Art Book", coming 2024). My illustrative work was recently commissioned for a major ad campaign (https://wkams.com/work/have-you-heard/).

Thank you very much! Sounds like you got lucky-ish there with the weather, was there a hosepipe ban? They used to be all the rage 😄
Oh, yes! All the grass was dead everywhere. I remember seeing pictures of one of the Royal's gardens completely dry. It was always good pub garden weather, though. That was back 1988-91. First lived in Thetford at the 5-ways and then moved to Newmarket.
Ahh, it was like that a few summers ago! All dead grass, scorchio!
I don't think I have been to either of those places as it happens. 😄
