Installation procedure

Before You Start
  • Verify the firearm is unloaded.
  • Remove the magazine.
  • Lock the slide open.
  • Visually and physically inspect the chamber to confirm the firearm is unloaded.
Step 1: Program Your Fingerprints
  1. Press the PRG (Program) button once.
  2. The LED will turn blue.
  3. Repeatedly tap your finger on the sensor from slightly different angles.
  4. Continue until the lock arm automatically opens.

Repeat for each finger you wish to program.

Step 2: Mount Fusion to Your Firearm
  1. Leave the locking arm open.
  2. Slide Fusion onto the firearm’s accessory rail.
  3. Align the mounting hole with the desired rail slot.
  4. Insert the supplied mounting bolt.
  5. Tighten using the proprietary driver until secure.

Only moderate hand pressure is required.

Step 3: Install the Stabilizing Set Screw
  1. Locate the brass-tipped set screw.
  2. Insert it into the rear-most compatible slot on the arm side of the Fusion.
  3. Tighten using the larger Allen wrench.

Purpose:

  • Adds a second contact point with the frame.
  • Reduces movement during recoil.
  • Helps maintain laser alignment.

This screw is for stabilization only and is not the primary security attachment.

Step 4: Assign Light & Laser Preferences to Each Fingerprint (Optional)
  1. Set the device to the desired light and laser configuration.
  2. Press and hold both the toggle paddles until the LED flashes white.
  3. Release both paddles.
  4. Press paddle A.
  5. The LED will flash cyan.
  6. Touch the fingerprint you want to assign.
  7. A green flash confirms the new setting has been saved.

Repeat for any additional fingerprints.

Recommended custom setup:

  • Dominant index finger: Medium Light + Laser On (factory setting)
  • Dominant middle finger: Light Off + Laser Off
  • Support-hand finger: High Light + Laser Off
Step 5: Adjust the Laser (Optional but Recommended)

Windage (Left/Right)

  • Side adjustment screw
  • Clockwise: Moves laser right
  • Counterclockwise: Moves laser left

Elevation (Up/Down)

  • Bottom adjustment screw
  • Clockwise: Moves laser down
  • Counterclockwise: Moves laser up

Use the smaller Allen wrench included.

Installation Complete

Your Fusion is now mounted, programmed, and ready for use. Perform several lock/unlock cycles and confirm all fingerprints, light modes, and laser settings function as expected before carrying or storing the firearm.
