Calling All Crows creates campaigns that harness the power of music to address pressing social issues and to create long-term systemic change. We are building a feminist and just music industry by training artists, venues, and fans in sexual violence prevention and inclusion practices.

CAC was founded in 2008 by Chadwick Stokes (Dispatch) and manager Sybil Gallagher. With more than 17 years of education, service, advocacy, and fundraising, we’ve become a recognized partner and pipeline for social movement building.

Co-Founder

Sybil Gallagher is the co-founder of Calling All Crows, as well as a co-founder and designer at sirTANK Design and Cheeks Shades. She’s served as an AmeriCorps member with City Year Boston and worked in the music industry as a tour manager.

In 2008, Sybil and her partner, Chadwick Stokes, founded Calling All Crows to bring their commitment to hands-on service and activism on the road.

She remains a committed activist and is passionate about inspiring those around her to invest their time and energy toward public service and humanitarian causes, especially the empowerment of women around the world.

Chadwick Stokes is an accomplished musician and songwriter who grew up on a small farm outside of Boston. A songwriter since early adolescence, his many projects have woven together music, art, history, and activism.

From Dispatch, which he started in his early 20s; to his politically driven band, State Radio; to his solo project, Chadwick Stokes and the Pintos, Chad has committed himself to using music as a vehicle for social and political change.

Along with his partner, Sybil, he founded Calling All Crows, a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting music fans with feminist movements for justice and equality.

Board Chair

Monica Hinojos-Capes is a purpose-driven leader with 20+ years of experience in feminist, racial equity, DEI, peace-building, and political initiatives. As Chief of Staff & Impact Strategist at We Are ALX, she provides strategic leadership to strengthen operations, financial sustainability, and people systems, ensuring the organization’s growth and impact.

She has worked with leading organizations, including Boston Impact Initiative, National Urban Fellows, Victim Rights Law Center, Chica Project, and served on social justice boards, including Calling All Crows and One Common Unity.

Recognized with fellowships from The Center for Whole Communities and QLF, Monica holds an MBA from Simmons College and a journalism degree from UT Austin. She lives in Groton, MA, with her husband, Ray.

Danielle Wilkes

Danielle Wilkes

Board Clerk

Danielle Wilkes is a nonprofit executive with expertise in fundraising, corporate partnerships, and the management of high performing teams. She currently serves as the Vice President of Development for Junior Achievement of Georgia, an organization that focuses on preparing young people to succeed in a global economy. In this role, Danielle oversees a team of nine individuals and has accountability for state-wide fundraising efforts.

In addition to her professional work, Danielle sits on several boards, including AFP Atlanta, CASA Georgia, and Calling All Crows, and holds a BA in English from Georgia State University.

Danielle currently resides in Atlanta with her husband and enjoys reading and traveling in her spare time.

Marianne Voss

Marianne Voss is a seasoned ESG strategist guiding businesses toward sustainability, equity, and long-term value creation. As Chief ESG Officer at Webster, she drives the firm’s environmental, social, and governance strategy, aligning stakeholder expectations with risk mitigation and meaningful impact.

Previously, she held transformative roles at adidas and Oxfam America and co-founded Ethos Matters, a consultancy advancing business models that serve people, planet, and profit.

A trusted advisor and educator, Marianne has also taught corporate responsibility at Bentley College and the University of Rhode Island. She remains dedicated to embedding sustainability and justice at the core of business.

Stacey Gallaway

Stacey Gallaway (she/ her) is an organizational development and growth leader known for weaving creative agility with strategic vision to deepen social impact. She is the founder of The GCG Collective, a woman-led social impact firm, and has partnered with over 100 purpose-driven ventures on assessment and strategy.

Prior to GCG, Stacey led the design and implementation of the New York Screen Actors Guild Foundation and supported the successful completion of a feasibility study and operational strategy that led to the opening of the Actors Center. Later, Stacey served as the Director of Venture Growth and Sustainability at Leadership for Educational Equity where she supported a portfolio of civic venture founders.

A joyous educator, Stacey has designed courses at Pratt Institute, Emerson College, and Boston University on Creativity, Social Entrepreneurship, and Storytelling. She holds a BS in Performance Studies from Northwestern University and a MPS in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute.

Heidi Feinstein is a visionary leader transforming food, hospitality, and sustainability through mission-driven entrepreneurship.

As Founder & CEO of Life Alive Cafes, she built a beloved organic restaurant chain, serving 3,500+ daily with industry-leading retention and near-zero food waste before selling to the founder of Panera Bread.

She later founded Soulmama Farm & Food and Hearth Food Garden, raising $20M to launch a sustainable food hall.

A sought-after advisor and speaker, Heidi helps businesses integrate sustainability and mission alignment. She remains committed to using food and social enterprise as catalysts for positive change.

Maggie Arthur

Maggie Arthur

Director of Programs

Maggie Arthur (she/her) develops and facilitates sexual violence prevention and response trainings within the music industry, designs program and policy for venues and festivals to reduce violence and provides on-site support to music fans.

Maggie has been working to end gender-based violence and supporting survivors since 2009. In 2017, she earned an MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago with focus in community mobilization.

Maggie would love to talk to you about Chicago, Dolly Parton and building a world without violence.

Andrew Daub

Andrew Daub

Chief of Staff

Andrew obsesses over helping leaders turn their big ideas into thriving organizations. He brings 15+ years of executive leadership, sales, program, operations, and consulting experience.

Andrew has worn many hats: founder, COO, head of sales, fellowship designer, nonprofit manager, and special education teacher. Previously, he co-founded and served as COO and Chief Services Officer for oneTILT, an inclusive leadership organization with multi-million annual revenue. Andrew’s clients span from global philanthropy and tech to nonprofits and startups.

Andrew has an MPH from Johns Hopkins University, an MEd from George Mason University, and a BA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. He is certified in executive coaching through the University of California – Berkeley. Andrew lives in Brooklyn, NY, and will gladly talk with you about tennis, queer fiction, his failed child acting days, or Amber Glenn’s triple axel.

Brooke Becker

Brooke Becker

Communications Lead

Brooke is a multi-hyphenate creative, social media & marketing strategist, and filmmaker based out of Los Angeles. In addition to managing socials and brand identity for a range of accounts including top entertainment brands and artists, Brooke has written and produced for print, social media, brands, and screen with her work appearing on platforms such as Hulu, HBOMax, and Prime Video.

As a Senior Account Manager at TSMA Consulting, she managed multiple high-profile social media accounts simultaneously—developing content calendars, executing strategic campaigns, and coordinating cross-functional projects. She coordinated the social media campaigns for the 2023 and 2024 Artios Awards, shining a light on the Casting Director community for which she won the Hermes Creative Gold award.

Brooke has a passion for reproductive justice and is thrilled to work on high-impact campaigns with Calling All Crows. When she’s not working, she’s often writing, acting, or prepping for a new creative project. She holds an English degree from Loyola Marymount University.

Jessica McDevitt

Jessica McDevitt

Partnerships Lead

Jessica McDevitt is a social impact strategist and connector working at the intersection of music, entertainment, and purpose. Based in NYC, she holds a decade of experience linking bands, brands, and fans to meaningful philanthropic initiatives.

Her work has supported impact-driven collaborations with partners such as HeadCount, the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, and The Jed Foundation, with a specialty focus on mental health and wellness. Prior to her independent consulting, Jessica made significant contributions at the Recording Academy, Sofar Sounds, AEG, and more.

Jessica also hosts More or Less (with Jess), a podcast exploring mental health through candid conversations with artists like Bishop Briggs, Lauv, JP Saxe, UMI, and more. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys teaching yoga and fostering dogs with a local NYC rescue. She’s passionate about using storytelling and partnerships to advance social good and lasting meaningful change!
