Cat Brooks is co-founder and executive director of Anti-Police Terror Project and Justice Teams, host of Law & Disorder on KPFA, and a long-time performer, organizer, and activist. She played a central role in the struggle for justice for Oscar Grant, finished second in the 2018 Oakland mayoral election, and has spent the last decade and a half working with impacted communities and families to rapidly respond to police violence and radically transform the ways our communities are organized and cared for.
