We didn’t start Centsei because we had it all figured out. We started it because we didn’t.
A few weeks before our wedding, we hit a breaking point with money—$20,000 in debt, constant stress, and no real alignment on what financial freedom even meant.
So we got to work. We learned everything we could, built a system that actually worked, and within six months paid off $20,000 as full-time college students. More importantly, we got on the same page.
That same system has since helped us build an emergency fund, invest consistently, pay cash for major expenses, and stay aligned with our money.
