Creators create a profile, connect their X account, and set their collaboration price. Buyers can browse creators, review their audience and performance metrics, and purchase a collaboration directly through Colleator.

For Buyers
How do I find the right creator?
You can browse creators and compare information such as their audience size, engagement, performance metrics, pricing, and profile details before choosing who you want to work with.
How much does a collaboration cost?
Creators set their own prices. This means you can find collaborations at different price points depending on the creator, their audience, and the type of promotion offered.
Do I need to contact creators before purchasing?
Not necessarily. Colleator is designed to make buying creator promotions simple. You can review the creator’s offer and requirements before starting a collaboration.
What happens after I purchase a collaboration?
The creator receives the collaboration details and can complete the agreed promotion. Colleator keeps the collaboration organized so both sides can track its progress.
Is my payment sent to the creator immediately?
No. Colleator’s payment flow is designed to protect both sides. Funds are not simply handed to the creator before the collaboration requirements are completed.
What happens if a creator does not complete the collaboration?
If a collaboration is not completed as agreed, the payment can be handled according to Colleator’s cancellation, refund, and dispute policies rather than automatically being released to the creator.
For Creators
How can I become a creator on Colleator?
Create an account, connect your X account, complete your creator profile, and configure your collaboration offer and pricing.
Can I choose how much I charge?
Yes. Creators control their own pricing, so you decide how much a collaboration with your account costs.
How does Colleator calculate my X performance metrics?
Colleator uses data from your connected X account to estimate useful performance metrics from a sample of your posts. Recent posts may be excluded because their engagement data can still be changing.
How often are my X metrics updated?
Metrics are stored and periodically refreshed rather than being requested from X every time your profile is viewed. This keeps creator profiles useful while reducing unnecessary API requests.
Does Colleator post to my X account automatically?
No. Connecting your X account does not mean Colleator can randomly publish content on your behalf. You remain in control of what is posted to your account.
When do creators get paid?
Creator earnings become eligible for payout after the collaboration has been successfully completed and the applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.
How do creators receive their money?
Supported creators can receive payouts through Colleator’s payment system. Available payout methods may depend on the creator’s country and payment-provider availability.
Trust & Payments
Is it safe to pay through Colleator?
Payments are processed through supported payment providers rather than Colleator directly storing your card information.
Does Colleator charge a fee?
Colleator may charge a platform fee for successfully completed collaborations. Any applicable fees are shown as part of the transaction or creator earnings information.
Can buyers and creators communicate outside Colleator?
You can communicate as needed to complete a collaboration, but keeping the important details and transaction within Colleator provides a clearer record if there is ever a disagreement.
What happens if there is a disagreement?
If something goes wrong, either party can raise an issue. Colleator can review the collaboration details, completion status, and available evidence before determining how the transaction should be handled.
Can a creator reject a collaboration?
Creators are not required to promote every product. Depending on the collaboration flow, creators can decline opportunities that are not appropriate for their audience or content.
