I'm currently Director of Engineering at Rupeek Fintech, and previously spent 6+ years at GrayQuest Education Finance, where I grew the engineering organization from 12 to 70+ professionals.

My work centers on microservices architecture, payment systems, and AI/ML implementation — including RAG-based knowledge systems and workflow automation that improve engineering velocity and reduce operational overhead. I bring a strong background in team scaling, hiring, and cross-functional leadership, with deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial services technology.
