How does Document360 API authentication work?
Document360 uses API token-based authentication. Tokens are generated from the portal settings. For drive asset tokens, you can configure an expiry duration from 15 minutes up to 36 hours.

Yes. GET calls on the Customer API run independently of the portal, so readers can continue accessing the knowledge base site even during scheduled portal maintenance or downtime.
