FGPG was founded 25 years ago. Today we’re one of the largest woman-owned, WBENC Certified, live,
virtual, hybrid and experiential marketing agencies in the US. That trajectory isn’t accidental. It’s the result of a

A serial entrepreneur and pioneer in the live experiential marketing arena, Freddie has successfully built and sold a number of companies over the last 37 years, and still leads FGPG and Show Ready. Freddie’s impeccable reputation for integrity and transparency has resulted in lifelong client relationships, including AMC Networks, MGM, Activision Blizzard, Meta, 2K Games and Warner Bros Games, to name a few, who have come to depend on her expertise in the B2B and B2C experiential space.

With over two decades of expertise spanning finance, accounting, contract administration, auditing, tax, and human resources, Melanie brings a deep and comprehensive skill set to the table. Her experience encompasses the creative and strategic aspects of both businesses, FGPG and Show Ready, along with account and project management, logistics, and operations.
