Playlist: no way to convert or move an Audio block into a Playlist track

What problem does this address?

Testing the Playlist block (WordPress 7.1 Beta 3), I couldn't get an existing Audio block into a Playlist:

• There's no transform to convert an Audio block into a Playlist track.
• The Playlist-track and Audio block icons are identical, so I expected to be able to drag an Audio block into the Playlist — but that isn't possible either.

The shared icon sets an expectation that the interaction doesn't currently support.

What is your proposed solution?

Add an Audio → Playlist track block transform, and/or allow dragging an Audio block into a Playlist. If the shared icon is intentional, the drag/convert path should match it.

Step-by-step reproduction

1. Add an Audio block to a post.
2. Try to convert it into a Playlist track, or drag it into a Playlist block.

Environment

• WordPress 7.1 Beta 3
• Tested on WordPress.com
