Summary
Prepares 0.1.5 after 83 merged PRs since the 0.1.4 tag (2026-08-04). Bumps the workspace and desktop versions from 0.1.4 to 0.1.5 and moves the Unreleased notes into the 0.1.5 changelog entry.
