GM 705 is dedicated to a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere for your event or celebration. Equipped with a full kitchen and bar, our indoor and outdoor spaces provide everything needed for events of any size, be it an intimate evening for 20, a formal dinner for 80, or a cocktail party for 120 guests. GM 705 has everything your event needs.
I have hosted two events at GM 705 and I can’t say enough good things about this venue. The space is beautiful and the staff is the best in the business. From the event coordinator who helped me plan all the details to the entire staff that took amazing care of us at both of my events — they were top notch. And the food is second to none. I highly recommend GM 705. You will not be disappointed!!
GM 705 catered a dinner event at Smith Lake Concert Series on July 12th. Dinner and appetizers were divine! Guests are still raving about the food and impeccable service. The staff were professional and friendly. They brought appetizers, dinner, and dessert and served the crowd of 70 plus concert guests seamlessly. We will definitely be using them again.
We held a wine tasting/trade show event at GM 705 and it was wonderful! The venue is spacious and well-appointed; the staff was friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive for the event. The food was DELICOUS — so flavorful and very unique offerings compared to most other event venues. The food was also plentiful, we didn’t run out and everyone ate their fill. Not having to worry about setting up tables, washing wine glasses and tablecloths, plates, utensils, etc. was SO nice. The planning process was quick and easy as well. Cannot recommend GM 705 and their team highly enough for all your event needs!!

Planning your event with us will be effortless. Everything needed to host an event will be provided at no additional cost to the host/hostess. From linens, to glassware, to flatware, tables, chairs, to individualized printed menus, your event couldn’t be easier to plan and host. Not only does GM 705 have ample seating, mingling capabilities and table configurations for the interior, we also offer an outdoor space to enjoy with your guests. We have two sixty inch flatscreen televisions for your use, as well as a sound system with background music and a microphone for presentations or speeches.
Custom Cuisine
chef-crafted dishes for every menu
With chefs Giani Respinto and Salvador Magaña at the helm, your hand selected menu will come to life, leaving your guests anticipating every course to come. With a full kitchen at our disposal, we can prepare any cuisine or menu style, be it heavy passed hors d’oeuvres, a 6 course wine dinner, a buffet selection of your favorites, or an intimate 3 course rehearsal dinner.
Pricing
Clear and simple terms, every time
Being a family-owned business grants us the ability to keep rental requirements simple and painless. We do not require a contract or deposit to reserve your date and begin to plan your event.
For events held on weekdays (Monday–Thursday) we require your group meet a $2500 minimum for food and beverage. Any events held on weekend days (Fridays-Sundays) must meet a $5000 minimum for food and beverage minimum.
Each event will be required to pay a $200 administrative fee, 10% tax, and 22% gratuity on top of what is spent.
Events are planned around your timeline, not restricted hours chosen by us. Decor can be brought in by any vendor the host chooses and just must be cleared by the morning after the hosted event.

GM705 offers catering for every occasion. From the Gianmarco’s family of restaurants, GM705 allows you to choose from long-standing Gianmarco’s favorites or dream up new and exquisite culinary creative, all delivered directly to your office, home,or event venue. We have the capacity to cater during lunch or dinner hours for as few as 10 or as many as 200 guests. From a simple lunch-and-learn office drop-off, to a lavish dinner celebration fully staffed, we have you covered! We are flexible with budgets and corporate compliance requirements as well.
