We are all the infinite void, playing the beautiful game of bringing the formless into form, nothing into something, no-one into someone. The truth is always paradoxical.

For as long as I can remember, I have felt the current of universal love moving through me. This frequency holds the space for every session, creating a sanctuary for the soul. As a child, I’d always say, “the answer to everything is love!” Love, in its truest essence, is a space in which all is welcomed—even what appears contradictory or illogical to the mind. It embraces the extreme poles of duality without collapse, allowing both sides to coexist in harmony. It holds and honours all truths, hence allowing energy to flow freely.

The fastest and most direct way to bringing back flow is through presence and love. And the pathway is through an open heart.

Spirit, or Life itself, has been my greatest initiator. Sacred grief and rage have been my most transformative teachers. Non-duality is the foundation of my gnosis. There truly is no ‘other’. Unconditional love is my compass. Self-love is a daily devotion. My body is my temple and doorway to truth. Divine play is where I always return to. Presence is the way, and Surrender is the portal to the infinite.

What is healing to me? As we experience challenges in life, many of us may start to disconnect from our true selves in order to belong or feel safe and loved. When our truth gets hidden from our consciousness, we lose order and harmony because information is missing, fragmented, or distorted. In that state, the notes that make up our unique song start to feel like noise. Healing is about remembering your own music.

When the noise in our system accumulates, energy gets chronically stuck or drained, eventually manifesting as fear, anxiety, overwhelm, blocks, indecisiveness, repetitive cycles, and eventually physical symptoms—the body’s way of communicating the error. What contributes to the increase of noise in our system is most often:

– Disconnection from the heart/soul, body, emotions, or source
– Identification with thought
– Resistance to what is or to one’s truth
– Unprocessed or suppressed emotions
– Outdated beliefs and subconscious conditioning
– External environments
– Imbalanced feminine/masculine dynamics within
– Ancestral, past-life, or karmic imprints

The best medicine for each person is unique – every 1:1 and the methods I apply can only unfold through the present moment. My role is to become a hollow bone that Spirit can move and express energy through. Because of this, your system receives exactly what it needs to help you on your path of remembrance. Fun Facts: My paternal grandmother named me 爽 (Shuǎng) after calculating my fate using the Chinese I Ching and Bazi. The pictograph depicts a person holding fire lanterns under both arms. My full name means “frank and honest”. I chose my English name Salena when I was 10, because of the moon goddess.
