We understand that sometimes a pack may be missing just one model that you really need. Or it may be difficult to find a suitable one: either the color is wrong, or it lacks the necessary details. That is why we have created a special section for such cases. We can adjust up to 3 models for free (if they’re not too complex). Go to our Discord request channel.
For larger or more complex requests, we offer a custom modeling service.
Custom Modeling Service
Here’s what we can do for you:
- Change the style or theme: Not enough guns on the tank? Want to turn a regular car into an armored vehicle for the zombie apocalypse? No problem!
- Add detail for close-ups: If the model looks too simple when viewed up close, we will improve its design and details.
- Make the object interactive: Want to open a cabinet, drawer, or door, but it doesn’t respond? We will add the necessary functionality.
- Fix shading issues: If something looks strange on the model because of the lighting or shading, we’ll fix it.
- Add visual details: Rivets, bolts, chips, dents, wear marks, or textures—we’ll add the right atmosphere and level of realism.
Marketplace Purchase Transfer
Purchased our assets on the Unity Asset Store, Fab, Superhive, or CGTrader? We can transfer your eligible purchases to your ithappy studios account, so everything is available in one place.
How it works:
- Create an ithappy studios account.
- Send us your invoice, receipt, or other proof of purchase to [email protected].
- We’ll verify the purchase and add the matching products to your account.

Full Library Access (48,000+ Assets)
If you’re a studio, a team, or a solo developer who needs a lot of content at once, the Full Library Bundle is the shortcut: get access to all 99 packs currently available in our library for far less than they would cost individually.
