Welcome to Kedara
A personal website by Ruben Verweij
My name is Ruben Verweij
and
what you’ve discovered here is my personal website. I write about whatever
interests me at the time. Currently, that’s mostly the following topics:
Human web (a.k.a. Indieweb, smallweb),
Personal stuff,
Yoga (practice and philosophy),
Books,
Tech,
Nature,
Philosophy and
Music. I also keep track of what I’m focused on
now.
- This month, I’m joining the yearly festival of blogging again: find my contributions to Blaugust here (11 pages so far).
Some of my pages
Some of the pages that I’ve been working on lately include The purpose of tear-water tea, Tune in to other writers, An unconventional photo post, Into another world and Re: My spirituality in three stories. This website is bilingual: currently, 62% of the pages are written in English and 38% of the pages are written in Dutch.
I’ll frequently post pages before they’re fully baked and some of them I’ll even update occasionally. Once they’re complete enough for a first version, they’re also shown on my blog. Some (random) examples of more or less finished pages are Pratyāhāra, Yoga and Inclusivity, Much to my own disappointment, I'm not a journal-in-a-notebook-with-a-fountain-pen kind of guy, The next best thing to actually visiting a museum and Now, May 2026: a letter from Scotland!.
Also check out the overview of slash pages, the about page or the colophon. I share interesting links here and have listed more recommendations on my Blogroll page. There are various ways to follow my work.
Explore by topic
All of my pages are also interconnected by links and organized by topic. Therefore, the topics page is a good starting point to explore my website further. The topics with the most pages are shown below:
I hope you’ll enjoy your visit to my website. Have a wonderful day! ❤︎
