Two
Onboarding
When you’re ready to get started, we’ll charge 50% of the project cost to begin with the rest being due after launch.
You’ll receive a secure and convenient digital agreement outlining the scope of work and pricing details. Everything is spelled out clearly and in plain English. No advanced legalese or law degree required! 🙌

Discovery
We’re not your average code monkeys. We’re valuable partners for your business.
What are your main goals for your new site? Are you trying to get away from tired and ugly design? Want to eliminate downtime, maintenance, and updates? Site going slow? Low conversion rates costing you sales?
Our questionnaire clarifies what you need, what you do, who you do it for, your mission, and of course… your design style which will be used to build a site with both style and substance!
Get peace of mind by monitoring your project
We use an app called Nifty which combines chat, project management, and docs! We’ll set up a Nifty board just for your project, so you can stay in touch with us every step of the way. We’re not playing hide-and-seek like some agencies. We’re here when you need us.
Here’s an example of a Nifty task board. This will let you see exactly where we are in the process and rest easy knowing we’re on schedule. As each step is completed, we check the task off the list. It’s like getting shipping updates for your new site!

Content Development
Our user experience (UX) experts will help you plan pages and ideal user flows with a sitemap tailored to meet your business goals.
No copywriter? No problem. You’re welcome to supply your own text, or sit back while we write polished, high-converting copy for you.
Five
Design!
Everything we design is 100% custom. No templates, no shortcuts—just work built specifically for you.
You’ll start with four unique homepage designs to choose from. Each includes a logo, illustrations, photos, fonts, and colors. Basically, everything you need for great web design and a brand that works.
Not ready to commit yet? That’s fine. Request as many new design concepts as you need. Our unlimited revision policy means we won’t stop until you’re happy with the result.
Six
Develop
Proxy builds the fastest sites by replacing bloated themes and generic plugins with custom engineering and leaner code that optimizes every element for speed. Check out some of our speed tests.
We’ll build out your new designs on a private staging site where you can navigate, explore, and test every element, animation, and interaction.
Have a large blog post or product library? You’re in luck as these don’t count towards your project’s page limit. We’ll migrate everything over totally free!
Seven
Launch
The moment you’ve been waiting for! Your new site is already set up and just waiting to take off!
We test everything to verify all contact forms, integrations, and points-of-contact are working correctly.
Then, we double check your site loads quickly to increase conversions.
After the final 50% payment is made, we point the real domain name to your new site and.. BAM! Your new site is live!

Eight
Managed Hosting
Each new site we create comes with one month of free managed hosting.
If you choose to stay with Proxy’s Fully Managed Hosting, you can say goodbye to worrying about updates, downtime, and broken sites. Plus, there are no pageview / traffic limits!
Your site is backed up once a day and backups are kept on file for 30 days.
Includes updates, security monitoring and threat management.

Training
You’ll love how easy it is to use your new website! Your new dashboard will include resources and how-to videos showing you exactly how to edit the text and images of each page, make new blog posts, add new products, and even add new pages using the existing pages as templates! It’s WordPress as it was meant to be… fun and easy!
