Our History
Three organisations. Now one united voice.
Launched on 1 May 2026, Real Estate:UK brings together three leading property trade associations - the Association of Real Estate Funds, the British Property Federation and the Investment Property Forum - to create a stronger, more connected and more influential organisation for the sector.
In an increasingly complex and fast-changing landscape, the opportunity was clear: to unite deep expertise, trusted relationships and collective influence behind a single voice for UK real estate.
Each organisation brought its own strengths, networks and proven track record. Together, they provide the foundations for a new organisation that can help the industry come together, speak out and drive progress.
