Red Leaf Pulp is a Canadian alternative fibre company developing sustainable market pulp from cereal straw, an agricultural residue grown every year across the Prairies.
By converting wheat straw and other cereal straw into high-quality pulp for paper, packaging, tissue, towel and moulded fibre products, Red Leaf is helping create a practical, scalable and lower-impact fibre solution.
Red Leaf initiated an environmental assessment in Saskatchewan on May 12, 2021 and received final approval to its Regina Project on November 3, 2022. This process included significant public consultation considering the potential environmental impacts associated with the project, and identified mitigation measures to ensure the development is safe and not a nuisance to the environment and surrounding community.
