Seconds Of Praise Ministry

On a mission to help the Youth of her church, our director gathered a group of her friends to assist her with a programme she had written. Though this programme was not without its mishaps, it formed a bond between the friends and developed a Ministry which today is known as Seconds of Praise. As a ministry, they strive to do in-reach and outreach by teaching or relaying the nature of Christ to whoever they come in contact with.

The Ministry has done in-reach across the island of Jamaica by visiting 4 churches per year bringing songs, sermons, poems, drama pieces and the message of the Saviour’s soon return, for more than five years.

Their aim is to teach the character of Christ and his love for his people; employing the use of their God-given talents to bless others and draw them closer to him. In the year 2020, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, they launched their online platforms with the hope of reaching more people through a unique method of sharing the word of God.
