We built the studio around a simple idea: external production works better when experienced people stay close to the work. Silver Monkey Studio BV is a Dutch company based in Amsterdam. We work with production teams across games, animation, VFX and film, bringing senior visual production support inside the client pipeline with clear ownership close to the work.
Senior ownership
A named senior owner stays close to scope, reviews and delivery, with discipline leads added when the work needs them. That keeps decisions close to production and responsibility clear from the first review through final handoff.
Project shaped team
We build the team around the production problem rather than presenting a fixed large workforce. Specialists are selected for the disciplines, pipeline and review setup the project needs, keeping the structure compact and focused on the work.
Clear attribution
Silver Monkey delivery, prior professional experience and specialist credits stay clearly separated. We state what the studio delivered and who did the work, without borrowing credibility from projects the company did not own or deliver.
Why senior involvement matters
Senior involvement is useful when it changes the work, not when it is just a label. Experienced people tend to see dependencies earlier, ask better questions before production commits, and know when a compromise is harmless and when it will create trouble later.

How we work with clients
We start with the production problem: who is involved, what is locked, what can still move, and how decisions are made. From there we define the smallest sensible scope, the right specialists, the review rhythm, and the handoff the client needs.
