I am completely new. Can I still join?

Yes. All levels are welcome, and Foundations is the most guided place to begin.

What should I wear?

A fitted T-shirt or rashguard with shorts, sweatpants, or gi pants.

I am nervous about injury.

Safety comes first through controlled practice, tapping, and looking after our partners.
