His experience spans AI, SaaS, mobile, and custom software initiatives for organizations ranging from growth companies to Fortune 1000 enterprises. Today, he leads Tech.us's evolution into an AI implementation and engineering company focused on putting AI to work in production.

Tom brings 30 years of experience as a technology entrepreneur, executive, and management consultant. His background in science, biomedicine, startups, and business operations helps connect technical initiatives to the operating realities they must improve.

Nanitha brings more than 17 years of technology experience and holds a master's degree in Computer Science. She leads technology strategy, research, and the evaluation of emerging AI and market developments, helping clients and delivery teams make informed decisions in a fast-changing landscape.

Kelly provides strategic guidance across project planning and execution. She works with stakeholders on delivery processes, risk management, priorities, and the decisions required to keep complex initiatives aligned with their intended outcomes.

Hemadri brings experience across AI, cloud, mobile, and SaaS and has spent more than 18 years at Tech.us. He helps lead complex technology initiatives, bringing long-term engineering judgment to architecture, implementation, and production delivery.

Anand directs the strategy and development of AI and machine learning applications at Tech.us. His work focuses on turning AI capabilities into useful products and operational systems, with the data, integration, controls, and engineering required for real-world use.

Kannan oversees end-to-end delivery across Tech.us engagements. He leads teams responsible for execution, quality, efficiency, risk, and alignment between client objectives and the work moving into production.

Dheeraj manages the day-to-day execution of technology projects, including schedules, resources, stakeholder communication, dependencies, and risk. He keeps work organized, visible, and moving toward clearly defined delivery goals.

Swaroop manages projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating objectives, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. He helps ensure the different disciplines involved in an engagement stay aligned around the same outcome.

Varun leads UI/UX at Tech.us, designing AI and software experiences around the people who will use them. His team focuses on clarity, usability, and the interaction patterns required to make new technology understandable and useful in day-to-day work.

Shalini leads recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development at Tech.us. Her work supports the hiring, growth, and internal practices required to build and retain strong AI and engineering teams.

Alex leads digital marketing across campaigns, channels, content, and performance analysis. His team connects Tech.us's AI engineering expertise with the organizations and decision-makers looking for practical implementation support.
