Offer a fixed 15% discount to Airbnb's most trusted guests.

The discount is automatically applied to guests who have:

• A 4.8★ or higher Airbnb rating
• At least 3 Airbnb reviews

How to enable these discounts

1. Go to your property's Main Settings.
2. Scroll down to Airbnb Settings.
3. Toggle Mobile Discount and/or Top Rated Guest Discount.
4. Click Save Main Settings.

Foxhole is a lodging and housing marketplace for the military community. Service members, veterans and their families book short-term stays for official travel and leave, find long-term housing for a PCS move, and buy or rent a home — from hosts who understand military orders and timelines.

We’ve introduced Mobile Analytics and a refreshed app design to help you monitor performance and manage your business more comfortably from anywhere!

To access Analytics, log in to the Hostfully mobile app, tap the menu icon in the bottom-right corner, and select Analytics.

With Mobile Analytics, you can:

• Monitor rental revenue, nights booked, occupancy rate, average daily rate, and RevPAR
• View rental revenue trends and performance by property or channel
• Filter reports by time period, date type, property, channel, and currency
• Compare results with the preceding period or the same period from the previous year
• Access helpful explanations for each metric directly in the app

We’ve also refreshed the app’s design with cleaner layouts, improved organization, rounded elements, and an updated navigation bar.

Prefer a different display? You can now choose between Auto, Light, and Dark modes. Auto mode follows your device settings by default, while Light and Dark modes let you select the appearance that works best for you.

To update your display, open the menu, select your profile, and choose your preferred option under Appearance.

These updates bring more of the Hostfully web experience to mobile, giving you greater visibility and a more comfortable way to manage your business on the go.

STR Desk integrates with Hostfully and automatically syncs guest contacts, reservations, listings, and reviews to supported destinations such as GoHighLevel, Monday.com, Airtable, and Notion. Once connected, STR Desk imports your historical data and continues syncing updates automatically as new reservations are created or modified in Hostfully.
