After eight years of dedication, Tzu Chi USA celebrates the opening of the Tzu Chi Long Island Education Center and Great Love Preschool, creating a welcoming hub where compassionate education, cultural learning, and community connection can flourish for generations to come.

Welcome to Tzu Chi Academy, Brooklyn! We spoke to students, teachers, and the principal about what makes Tzu Chi Academy so special.

Every old item carries a memory. Tzu Chi partnered with the Repair Café Silicon Valley to host a free repair event. By repairing and restoring everyday items, they helped extend their useful life, reduce waste and trash, and foster a spirit of mutual support and warmth within the community.

The 2024 Park Fire devastated the small mountain community of Cohasset in Northern California, leaving many residents affected once again by wildfire. With limited resources available, rebuilding has been especially challenging. This couple had only recently recovered from the 2021 Dixie Fire and now finds themselves facing yet another disaster.

On May 16, 2026, the Tzu Chi USA Community Education Promotion Center and the Joint Chinese University Alumni Association of Southern California co-hosted a “Community Home Safety Seminar.”
