Support for Educators  

Every student deserves great educators who have the training and support they need to keep growing in their work. The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) offers tools and resources to help educators build their skills, grow in their careers, and become leaders in their schools and communities.

On the OSPI website, you can find information about professional development, mentoring for new teachers, the Teacher and Principal Evaluation Program, educator awards, and other ways OSPI supports educators.
