We follow up with you every 4 weeks with a questionnaire and messages to the provider. There are no hidden fees! You can schedule an appointment with the provider at www.joinleanleaf.com payment is taken after the visit only if you decide to continue with us, if not, the visit is free! If you have any questions please feel free to text us at 405-987-3955 Disclaimer: If necessary, a prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Whichever pharmacy you choose will be responsible for shipping you your medication. We do not compound the medication ourselves, and we do not ship the medication from a facility we own.
