CLI patient with long segment occlusion from SFA to single vessel run-off. Persistent dissection at tibial reentry (seen on IVUS) despite long balloon inflation. Endovasc. Tack @IntactVascular very helpful in restoring in-line flow. @medravi @Watts_IR @msran124 @JonnyMoriarty
