Not every workout is going to feel amazing. Some days you finish and feel like you survived. That still counts.

The reason you're not losing fat working a desk job: You're eating for the active person you used to be. But you're sitting 9 hours a day. Fix your intake first. Then add movement. Then add structure. Order matters.

You don't need more exercises. You need more weight on the same exercise. Progressive overload is the game: Add 2.5–5lbs every week or two. Same movements. More resistance. Repeat. Strength is built by showing up to the same lifts & refusing to stay the same weight forever.

If you only had 3 gym days a week this is your split: Monday — Push (chest, shoulders, triceps) Wednesday — Pull (back, biceps) Friday — Legs + core 3 days. Full body covered. Progressive overload every week. This is all you need. Stop overcomplicating it.
