Many thanks to @bill_hayton for the vigilante work in making this second expose that leads to the CNA probe. I suspect there are more such fake think-tanks out there. And their presence does no favour at all for Singapore’s national interests.

RTN often faces domestic challenges to procurement, usually for lack of coherent rationale and governance issues. Now Cambodia presents a key selling point. Yet it’s vital not to over-exaggerate the threat posed by 2 corvettes. RTN still enjoys overwhelming superiority over RCN.
