@SouthwestAir we can’t get rebooked and home for Christmas (2 separate flights delayed 8 hours so far, boarded but couldn’t find pilots both times) because phone agent said we are still onboard the plane. The lady is using pen and paper to “deboard” us.
I assure you we are not.
