New study in Córdoba, Argentina, found a 67.7% positivity rate for rat hepatitis E virus (R-HEV) in wastewater samples, confirming the presence of this emerging virus in South America. Further investigation of R-HEV circulation in the region is needed. bit.ly/49NHZPI
