We recently hosted foresters from Land and Forest Iceland at Glen Nant and its oakwoods. By sharing our expertise, it's hoped we can help Iceland’s foresters in efforts to restore native woodland and create diverse forests for timber. Read more: forestryandland.gov.scot/news-releases/…

Did you know that we work with communities looking at taking over land or buildings we manage if they feel they can be better used for local people? Our Community Asset Transfer Scheme or CATS is a way for them to bring ideas to us so we can work together to make it happen.
