I hate how this community debates and processes discourse; it's incredibly binary and full of misinformation. Reactionary tweets jumping at phantoms. There's not an organised persecution of gym furs because some dared discuss their place in the community. That's not 'hate'.

Jealousy plays a part, but there's also a lot of anxiety with where the community is headed online Furry was a space for those who didn't feel accepted in other spaces - they feel like the same exclusionary people are now pushing them out by changing the standards of value.
